Fiska Family

Our family business began in 1991, after the fall of communism, when we received 3.4 hectares of land—some already planted with vineyards. Inspired by the vines and his studies at Tirana Agricultural University in the 1970s, our father, Beqir Fiska (Xha Beqo), decided to plant grapes across the entire land.

In 1994, we started producing small batches of wine and raki from our own grapes, experimenting over the years—especially with the rare local grape, Pules.

As more visitors came, they wanted to stay longer to enjoy the peaceful village and its views. So, we expanded—offering a guesthouse and a restaurant with dishes made from local ingredients. This farm-to-table model became a favorite.

Inspired by the natural beauty of Roshnik, we also introduced guided hikes and walking tours, creating a deeper, more personal connection to the land.
